ABOUT YADI

Rev. Yadi Martínez-Reyna, M.Div., is a pastor, certified spiritual director, artist, and nonprofit founder whose work weaves together spirituality, creativity, justice, and community care.

Rev. Yadi earned a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University and holds certification in the Art of Spiritual Direction through Stillpoint: The Center for Christian Spirituality. Yadi also maintains membership with Spiritual Directors International.

Yadi is the founder of ColorSplash Out, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating safe and brave spaces for LGBTQ+ youth and their allies. They also serve as co-pastor of First UCC in Second Life, a fully recognized congregation within the Southern California Conference of the United Church of Christ, where Rev. Yadi is ordained.

With a background in multimedia and mixed-media art, along with contract work supporting nonprofit organizations, Yadi brings a creative and justice-rooted lens to ministry, advocacy, spiritual direction, and community care.
